Elite Dev Squad is looking for a skilled and motivated Middle PHP Developer to join our growing team. You’ll work on dynamic, high-load web applications using PHP 7/8, RESTful APIs, MySQL, Redis, and Docker. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code.
Build and consume RESTful APIs.
Work with MySQL databases: design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Integrate and manage Redis for caching and background tasks.
Develop in Dockerized environments, ensuring consistency across development and production.
Collaborate with team members, including frontend developers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
Monitor and optimize application performance.
Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
Required qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with PHP 7/8.
Experience working with Laravel or similar modern PHP frameworks.
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best coding practices.
Practical experience with MySQL, query optimization, and relational database concepts.
Experience working with Redis.
Knowledge and usage of Docker in local or production environments.
Strong communication skills in Russian (B2+) and English (B2).
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Nice to Have
Experience with other frameworks like Symfony or Phalcon.
Background in payment gateway integrations.
Experience with AWS services, particularly EC2, CloudWatch, and SQS.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows.
