Description
We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer with experience in PHP/Laravel and React, with a strong backend focus. You will develop web applications, work with databases and third-party integrations, and deliver features in collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain application features using PHP/Laravel and React.
- Create and update MySQL schemas and improve query performance.
- Build REST APIs and integrate third-party services with appropriate error handling.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance and security.
- Write maintainable, tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate on requirements, estimate assigned tasks, and communicate progress and blockers.
- Participate in deployment processes and CI/CD workflows.
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional development experience with PHP/Laravel.
- Good working knowledge of Eloquent, service classes, queues/jobs, migrations, and events.
- Experience with MySQL, relational database design, and query optimization.
- Experience developing REST APIs and implementing authentication and role-based access.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Working knowledge of React, including hooks and state management.
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and testing practices.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks independently and seek guidance on more complex technical challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web scraping using Goutte, headless browsers, or Selenium.
- Experience with Stripe or other payment integrations.
- Familiarity with Laravel Passport, Spatie Permissions, Laravel Cashier, Maatwebsite Excel, or PDF tools.
- Experience with geospatial data and mapping.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, server management, and CI/CD pipelines.
