Humain Dev Systems is looking for a Product Owner to define product priorities, translate business and client needs into clear product requirements, and maximize the value delivered by the development team.
Responsibilities
- Understand client, user, and business needs and translate them into product requirements
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and priorities
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Make product-related decisions and clarify requirements for the development team
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development process
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations
- Review completed features and confirm that they meet the defined requirements
- Gather stakeholder feedback and use it to improve future product decisions
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, user needs, and product outcomes
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong product backlog management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with cross-functional product and development teams
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
