Description
Humain Dev Systems is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate projects, manage client communication, and ensure timely and successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Manage project scope, priorities, tasks, and deadlines
- Lead sprint planning and maintain the project backlog
- Track project progress and keep stakeholders updated
- Identify potential risks and support their resolution
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience in client communication
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and task prioritization
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have - Knowledge of QA processes or previous QA experience
