Description
We are looking for a WordPress Developer with strong Elementor and custom development skills who can own a project end-to-end, work directly with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical tasks, and deliver independently. You will make sound technical decisions and take responsibility for the final product’s quality, with close attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor widgets.
Build responsive, accurate interfaces and integrate third-party APIs.
Improve website performance and security, and resolve technical issues independently.
Gather requirements directly from stakeholders, scope and prioritize work, and communicate progress without day-to-day supervision.
Identify risks early and propose practical solutions.
Required qualifications
3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
Strong PHP and MySQL skills, including OOP and query optimization.
Strong knowledge of WordPress APIs, hooks, filters, custom post types, and template hierarchy.
Advanced Elementor skills, including custom widgets, hooks, and dynamic content.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with REST API integrations, WordPress security, and caching.
Solid Git workflow and a focus on maintainable, well-documented code.
Nice to Have
Experience with WooCommerce, ACF, or Gutenberg.
Familiarity with Headless WordPress, Multisite, or migrations.
Experience with AWS, server management, or deployment workflows.
